ネット上の口コミと評判などにより，多数の人に視聴されている動画のこと。またはそのような露出を意図して制作・発表する動画のこと。バイラル-ムービー。バイラル動画。バイラル映像。
ネットの普及により、本来では知られざる人達が一晩で大スターになるということが
最近よくある。
少し古いですが、フィリピン出身のCharice Pempengcoは韓国のタレントショーに出演してその映像が
Utubeにアップされてから彼女は一躍有名になり、アメリカのテレビ番組の出演依頼が殺到しました。
今年はスーザン ボイルがネット上で話題になり、今はCDデビューを成し遂げた。

Health Care Reform 医療保険改革
オバマを大統領に就任させたサポーター達は
彼に医療保険改革を期待している。
現在４６００万人のアメリカ人が医療保険に入っておらず、
加入していない人が大きな病になった場合、自己破綻するケースが多い。
日本の様な国民保険を今から導入しようとしても、大きな弊害が沢山ある。
アメリカの大手保険会社や製薬会社にとって、国民保険を反対している。
オバマのプランはPublic Option と言うものです。
Public Optionとは公的医療保険とプライベート医療保険が選べる制度である。
今アメリカでは、医療保険は利益目的の企業しか保険を提供してないため、
非加入者が４０００万人もいる。その多くの理由は保険が高すぎるからです。
公的医療保険ができれば企業も価格競争に巻き込まれ
もっと安いサービスを提供しなければならなくなる。
プライベート医療保険会社にとっては打撃になる。
市民にとっては選択肢が増えるからいいことになる。

タイムマガジンやニューズウィークで先進国のデフォルト説を書く記者が
多くなった気がする。
先進国がデフォルトする事は以前考えられなかったことだが、
借金まみれになった今、可能性は十分あると多くの記者は言う。
特に日本の借金額はGDPの１８８％になってしまった。
日本の税収はだいたい58兆円. 一方で歳出は83兆円
２５兆円の赤字を毎年出している。
その赤字が溜まりに溜まって、借金総額が900兆円ぐらいになっている。
この大きな借金に追い打ちをかけるのが将来的に必要になってくるお金。
高齢化が進む日本では年金や医療で莫大なお金が必要。
しかし、少子化で経済の発展が期待できないとなったら、
どこからお金が出るのでしょう？？？

Berlusconi
イタリアの首相を知っていますか？
エスコート嬢とのお遊びが問題になったり、
元トップレスモデルを内閣に登用したり、
イタリアを「美人秘書」の国と言ったり、
一国の首相とは思えない言動ぶり。
彼の名前はベルルスコーニ。
ガッドファーザーの雰囲気を醸し出しているの
ではなく、イタリアでは彼の存在は計り知れないほど大きい。
なぜならば、彼は元々メディアにわたる企業を経営していて
彼の会社は民間放送の９０％を牛耳っている。
これを知ると、まるで独裁政権のように聞こえる。
しかし、彼が市民に放映する内容は政治理念でもプロパガンダでもない。
彼は、美しい女性が大好きなのだ。
そのため、内容は殆ど男の視点からの番組ばかりである。
多くの人は彼が「女好きのイタリア文化」を作り上げたも言っている。
イタリアでは彼の支持率が落ちる事がない。
イタリアでは彼が本当のイタリア人だとプライドを持っている人が多いらしい。
しかし、彼はよく多くの人からも批判されている。
世界経済フォーラムが１０月２７日に発表した「世界男女格差報告」では、
イタリアは１３４カ国中７２位と、ひどい順位だった。
イタリアが男尊女卑の国だと批判されてもしょうがない。
